Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the conference in NOK.

Payments by Credit card:

We have only enabled credit card payment as method for this online registration. You will receive an automatically generated receipt when you complete the payment at the end of the registration process.

For online payments we accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. Your online credit card payment will be processed through a SSL secured window.

During the registration process you will receive two messages:

An automatic reply after successful submission of the registration form.

A final participation confirmation letter stating that your registration has been paid in full and is therefore confirmed. Kindly check that all your details and bookings are correct. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact Apriil Congress AS. Payments will need to be received no later than the close of business on said date. All bank charges are to be paid by the person making the payment.

Any cancellations or changes to registration are to be made in writing (e-mail) to PCO, Apriil Congress AS by e-mail: hema@apriil.no. An unpaid registration is not a cancellation, and cancellation fees will also apply to any unpaid registrations.

Your conference participation (including any of its components, like dinners etc.) can be cancelled until 45 days before the event takes place. Less than 45 days before the event takes place, no changes or cancellations can be made, and no refunds will be paid. This also applies for No Shows.
